如果寫調(diào)查的過程的話，應(yīng)該用過去時(shí)態(tài)。如果只是陳述調(diào)查的結(jié)果，用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)就行了。根據(jù)你的描述，過去時(shí)更適合一些。
